The on ramp from Diamond Hill Road heading north to Route 78 Eastbound (turning right onto Route 78) will be closed and detoured for about 6 weeks, beginning next Wednesday, November 2. The state Department of Transportation (DOT) will have crews doing work on stormwater facilities in the area. The detours established by DOT are as follows:
Diamond Hill Road northbound to I-78 eastbound:
- Motorists on Diamond Hill Road northbound wishing to take the ramp to I-78 eastbound will be directed to turn right onto Valley Road, which is before the ramp to I-78 eastbound
- Turn left onto Glenside Avenue
- Turn left to take the ramp to I-78 eastbound
Diamond Hill Road southbound to I-78 eastbound detour:
- Motorists on Diamond Hill Road southbound wishing to take the ramp to I-78 eastbound will be directed to turn left onto McMane Avenue, which is before the ramp to I-78 eastbound
- Turn left onto Glenside Avenue
- Turn left to take the ramp to I-78 eastbound
