[ARCHIVED] Celebrate Hispanic Heritage

Hispanic Heritage Month

UPDATE: Due to weather, the location for today's Hispanic Heritage celebration has been moved to Town Hall, in the multipurpose room off to the left of the main lobby; 29 Park Avenue. All activities, food and other programming will also be moved to Town Hall. The scheduled 11:45 flag raising may also be postponed, depending on weather at the time. Despite the weather, please come out and join us to celebrate!

The Township and Berkeley Heights Diversity Council invite you to come celebrate Hispanic Heritage at Town Hall the Patria Cafe Parking Lot on October 2 from 12-2! Crafts, food, music, professional tango demonstration - something for all! Bring a box of diapers and they will be donated to immigrant mothers and children in need in Plainfield, families served by El Centro Hispanoamericano. Please view the flyer for more details. We hope to see you there!

This cultural program is made possible in part by a 2021 HEART (History, Education, Arts Reaching Thousands) Grant from the Union County Board of County Commissioners.
