Welcome to Berkeley Heights, a vibrant and dynamic community that eagerly opens its doors to new businesses!
We take pride in our town's strong demographics, with a median family income that far exceeds the national average, providing a solid foundation for economic growth and prosperity.
Exciting times are ahead as our township grows and we foster economic development. With the wonderful addition of new bakeries, teen hangouts, doggie daycares, alternative holistic health and mind-body centers, integrated health facilities, thriving Montessori schools and so much more, we are fully invested in our community's growth, ensuring our residents and workers have the services and amenities they need.
Our downtown shopping corridor on and around Springfield Avenue is a bustling hub of commerce, offering an array of retail and dining experiences that cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences. Additionally, Berkeley Heights boasts an abundance of open space, providing a harmonious balance between urban convenience and natural beauty. What's more, the $400 million investment in Connell Park will provide a state-of-the-art live-work-play community that will offer additional restaurants, entertainment options, and open spaces for everyone to enjoy.
Located just a stone's throw away from New York Township with NJ Transit access, our town offers easy access to the world's greatest metropolis, making Berkeley Heights an ideal place for both work and leisure. And let's not forget our state-of-the-art municipal building and the newly constructed YMCA, which stand as symbols of our commitment to modernization and community well-being.
In Berkeley Heights, we see endless opportunities for businesses to thrive, grow, and contribute to our remarkable community. We invite you to be a part of our journey, where entrepreneurial spirit and innovation are not only welcomed but celebrated.
